Artist bio
My name is Melissa, but as an artist I go by the handle Longestdistance. Art has been my calling ever since I was a child - creating is what gives my life purpose. My art explores the concept of memory through vivid and dreamlike colors to evoke a sense of nostalgia and longing.
As an artist, I wish to share the joy of creating and consuming art while using my experiences to enrich the lives of others. In addition to art, I also enjoy journaling, hiking, language learning, and playing video games.
